James is a U.S. Navy veteran and Tecumseh resident who is proud to serve Shawnee, Tecumseh, and the surrounding communities. After serving as an Electronics Technician in the Navy, he built his career in technical and business environments where discipline, problem-solving, and accountability were key.
James enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, veterans, and anyone looking for clear guidance through the buying or selling process. Having personally used the VA home loan to purchase his own home, he understands the process and is passionate about helping others take advantage of the benefits available to them.
He approaches real estate with a practical, down-to-earth mindset, focused on helping clients make smart decisions they feel confident about.
James lives in Tecumseh with his wife April, their daughter Persephone, and their two dogs, Butters and Chucho.
While attending UCO, Miranda completed a course in real estate. After graduation, she decided she wanted to pursue a career as a Realtor. Once she was licensed, she worked at a real estate company in the REO department. When Miranda felt comfortable with the process, she started selling and listing for the same company. It was then that Miranda fell in love with helping her clients find the perfect home.
Miranda and her Husband reside in Prague with their three children. She is a full-time teacher at Prague High School. Miranda is also very active in the community. She is on the board of Prague Youth Football Association, Red Devil Youth Basketball, and coaches little league cheer, basketball, and softball.
Pablo was raised in and graduated high school from Prague. When he got started in Real Estate, he was working in Edmond and attending college full time there at UCO. Pablo had always known he wanted to do Real Estate, but never knew where or how he would start. Determined, he started calling all the Brokerages in his area, asking if they had a position available for an intern for the summer. Pablo had called quite a few until he finally found one that was interested. He then started what he thought was a summer internship, working with a Real Estate team in the Edmond area. Before he knew it, Pablo had a job working in the administration department at the brokerage. There he learned more than he could have hoped about what realtors really do and how to be successful in the field. After his time working there, Pablo decided it was the right choice to take the next step, and that same year he got his Real Estate License. Now that he has started what at one point was just a dream, he couldn’t be happier about it. Pablo is excited to help everyone he can, with whatever their Real Estate needs may be.
Sara is a lifelong resident of Prague and a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in finance. Sara and her husband Chase have been investing in real estate as a hobby for several years while working in the insurance and banking industries. Sara is ready to bring her experience in those fields full circle with her knowledge of real estate to help you buy or sell.
Tara Martin grew up learning the tenant / landlord relationship while assisting her parents with their rental properties. Tara’s grandmother also sold real estate for Coldwell Banker in Shawnee for many years. Tara’s grandmother’s philosophy was always “Get up, get dressed and get ready because you never know who may want to see a house today”.
After High School Tara fell in love with a job at Prudential Carolyn Harris Realty doing leasing and office work while attending college and completing her Basic Real Estate course at the age of 19. In 2007 Tara bought the property management business from Carolyn Harris and then founded Martin Property Management in 2009.
Since 2009 Tara has grown her property management business to over 250 units managed and in 2021, she decided it was time to offer her clients a more full-service experience therefore making the expansion to Martin Property Management & Realty.
